Carol Vega - Bull's tail

Our beloved Carol Vega never tried oxtail, so as soon as we found out we can not do anything but stay with her and give her "big" surprise: a good Spanish oxtail to give you good lunges and caught, seasoned with a good hot dessert...hot milk .Is there a better way to enjoy the day, Carol?
